ZEBRE FIRST UP FOR DRAGONS

Newport Gwent Dragons will open their 2012/2013 RaboDirect PRO12 campaign against new Italian franchise Zebre at Rodney Parade on the weekend of 31st August

Newport Gwent Dragons will open their 2012/2013 RaboDirect PRO12 campaign against new Italian franchise Zebre at Rodney Parade on the weekend of 31st August.

This will be followed a week later by a trip to the RDS to face Heineken Cup champions and RaboDirect PRO12 runners-up Leinster.

The Dragons’ first Welsh derby match comes in round 3 when they come up against Cardiff Blues at Rodney Parade on the weekend of 14th September.

The final round of regular season fixtures will be played on the weekend of 3rd May with the Dragons travelling to Murrayfield to play Edinburgh.
